Faulty or Defective Items If your item arrives faulty or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at happyallansupport@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the fault and we'll get it sorted for you.

Change of Mind We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully. Check sizing guides before ordering if you're unsure.

Exchanges For exchange requests, email us at happyallansupport@gmail.com with your order number and we'll do our best to help depending on stock availability.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.

Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll be in touch within 3–5 business days.

Where do you ship? We ship Australia-wide. International shipping is also available at checkout.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link.
